Scribbles & Giggles Child Care Learning Center

Preschool Overview

SCRIBBLERS (3 1/2 yrs. to 5 yrs.)

The word that best describes the preschool classroom is “learning.” The day starts with a group circle time and discussion then leads to dance, music and exercise classes. The children also participate in group and individual activities, and spend a lot of time developing pre- reading and pre-math skills and, of course social skill development .

Our goal is to help equip your child for the challenges ahead. Supporting each child during this time in his or her life helps to instill a sense of confidence and accomplishment in his or her daily successes.

Preschoolers are continuing their learning adventure with a desire to do things on their own, and make new discoveries. .
Our Preschool Curriculum is divided into weekly, theme-based units. We introduce fun learning activities each week, working to strengthening and increasing vocabulary and developing character. Group exercises, as well as individual skill practice, compliments your child’s developmental growth, and provides him or her with many opportunities to explore his personal interests.
